A Garden Practice Session is the perfect compliment to your Landscape Design Journey. This method offers a uniquely personal experience of connecting with your visioning process, aka an ideal way of cultivating your creative flow state. When practiced during a Landscape Design project, this approach assists you to clarify, visualize and be guided to be able to “dream” or creatively download your ideal yard and use of space. When practiced anytime, it can help you ground, center, and open to mutually beneficial decisions and a less reactive more responsive daily experience.

…or choose to help wind down the day and enjoy your own daily flow more. We offer this session to help you feel more centered and attuned to your true self. When you take the time to center yourself, you are also open to relate in a fresh way to your daily life, to the spaces or people you visit, to opportunities, or responsibilities. When we drop daily habits of habitual attention, such as doubt, fear, judgement, or excess stimulation that may be playing under the surface, we become more open and available to the synchronicities and daily miracles all around us. This deeper connection allows us to see with greater clarity and to know with greater trust, regardless of what’s being said or how things appear. You may pick up on synchronicities, "messages” from universe, from a song to a word that stands out in conversation. Small, or grand, these playful meanings may show up as answers to our prayers, as guidance, as confirmation, protection, assistance, or practical support for our path. Imagine making better daily mini-decisions by accessing a calm yet inspired state, also referred to as a ‘flow state’, and being able to hear our real voice from the heart about life’s deeper lessons, regardless of mental chatter?
